The Human project examines how for-purpose organisations scale impact, use resources effectively, and protect their mission.

My research draws on insights from sector leaders to identify challenges, proven models, and opportunities for collaboration.

The Global Problem

The For Purpose domain is a multi-trillion-dollar engine, yet because it generates high public value but captures very little private return, there is a structural underinvestment in shared infrastructure. This leads to natural systemic fragmentation, where the burden of coordination falls on individuals. My research connects cross-border themes across the UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond, to find collaborative, system-level solutions.
