The Challenge: WaterAid Australia needed continuity and to increase its fundraising efforts in Victoria to support its mission of providing access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene to communities in need around the world.
Our Approach: As Volunteer and Chair of the Victorian Fundraising Committee, we led the complete redesign and re-establishment of the a team of volunteers. This included new operating model, new events partner, an ecommerce website for payments, new partnerships, and fundraising strategy.
The Human Impact: Our fundraising efforts contributed to an almost 200% increase in annually raised funds. This work directly improved the health, education, and economic opportunities for countless individuals and families, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty.
