
The Challenge:
The gap between the curatural world of art and museusms and the everyday human was growing. A group of like minded leaders from world-reknowed institutions believed their survival was dependent on remaining relevant and connected to the communities they serve.
Our Approach:
We designed and delivered a two day symposium of international delegates. From 20 individual ideas and exeriecnes, we designed a diagloue that enabled ideas to be shared, and build consensus towards a new international standard for audience engagement.
The Human Impact:
The first ever guideline provided guidance for best practice in museum audience engagement.
