The Human is founded and led by Sebastian Norman. A public policy and programs leader who who has created, designed, and led social systems change initiatives both professionally and in their private life. With a background in engineering, management consulting, and public service leadership, Sebastian’s Ikigai is public policy innovation and social impact.
