Our vision is a world where every social innovator has the resources and connections they need to thrive.

Our mission

To democratize social innovation by building capacity, fostering connections, and expanding social innovation ecosystems.

In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, we believe that true systems change starts and ends with people.

From policymakers, inventors, funders, academics, and artists to everyday families innovating at home, we believe every person should have the opportunity to innovate.

Our values

Trust · Humanity · Impact · Agility · Inclusion

Our capabilities

Our own journey has seen the first-hand impacts of growing VUCA in making positive systems change. As a queer, neurodiverse, and gender diverse person we have spent our entire lives trying to understand humanity and ‘fit in’.

Now we celebrate our diversity, we leverage our lived experience, and we use our unique perspective and superpowers to tackle societal challenges:

We spark the future by turning bold ideas into prototypes and emerging technologies. Using storytelling, AI, assistive tech, and experimental design, we co-create new pathways.

For example through our cognitive offloading project we integrate behavioral science with AI to reduce cognitive overload and boost personal well-being.

We see the interwoven threads in social systems—policy, institutions, stakeholders, feedback loops—and help you navigate them. We’ve led multi-stakeholder pilots, shaped large-scale social programs, and operationalized solutions across the built environment, labormarket, and public service landscapes.

Our approach embraces systems-level mapping, theory of change, and adaptive strategy.

For example, the large-scale social pilot program navigated complexities of legislation, policy design, public consultations, stakeholder engagement, technology platform implementation, community outreach, monitoring learning and evaluation and operational excellence.

At the heart of it, we design with people, not for them. We co-design, embed lived experience, and ground everything in human dignity and inclusion.

In 2019 we got the opportunity to collaborate with John at the Melbourne TOM Makerthon, where we developed a functional assistive technology prototype using human centred approaches.

Every initiative is strengthened by rigorous evidence, reflection, and insight. We apply structured problem-solving, data ethics, mixed-method evaluation, and policy framing to guide decisions. Our lens spans from the granular to the systemic: we interrogate assumptions, address bias, and bring clarity to complexity

Real change is co-created. We convene, facilitate, and build connection across sectors, communities, and disciplines.

We’ve helped co-designed global networks (like the inaugural International Audience Engagement Network), facilitated stakeholder dialogues, and supported design labs that generate shared ownership and momentum.
