Fundraising for international development
The Brief
WaterAid Australia needed continuity of its volunteer run Victorian fundraising committee, and to increase its fundraising efforts following membership change.
Approach
As Volunteer and Chair of the Victorian Fundraising Committee, we led the complete redesign and re-establishment of the a team of volunteers. This included new operating model, new events partner, an ecommerce website for payments, new partnerships, and fundraising strategy. Additional and Ambassador group was established with executives and leaders from local industry to support committee operations. Capabilities deployed:

Impact
Our fundraising efforts contributed to an almost 200% increase in annually raised funds. This work directly supported WaterAid Australia to improve the health, education, and economic opportunities for individuals and families, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty.
